Who We Are
Butcher Shop Jiu Jitsu is the Eastern Panhandle's top NoGi Jiu Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Grappling, and Submission Wrestling program. We are based out of The Squared Circle, in Inwood, WV.
We believe in teaching students the most effective systems available. We don't get caught up in trends, or tradition. Our only belief is in success.
If you want to get in shape, compete in Jiu Jitsu, fight MMA, learn how to defend yourself, or just find a new hobby, we'd love to be part of your journey.
Head Coach Conor Lauerman is a purple belt and a successful competitor in Jiu Jitsu out of Ironhide Academy in Leesburg, VA. Conor has a proven track record of developing grapplers from their first day in Jiu Jitsu into successful competitors.
